Planning a wedding? You may want to visit the Midtown Center’s Wedding Showcase taking place January 19, 2019.
Brides, along with family and friends, can attend the event between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. that Saturday to taste samples and discuss plans with wedding professionals.
“We have 24 vendors,” signed up said Abby Worth, Midtown Center’s event coordinator.
According to Worth, the center had 34 weddings in 2018. “This event is showcasing our vendors.”
There will be caterers and bar service representatives, DJs, bakeries, photo booth suppliers, and more.
It is free to attend and all registered attendees will be entered to win door prizes donated by vendors. Registration is available online or at the door. Those preregistering will automatically be entered to win $50 West Coast Cash, which is redeemable at more than 90 local Holland businesses.
Midtown Center, owned and operated by Jubilee Ministries, houses a variety of community nonprofits with a focus on educational outreach. The heart of the Midtown Center features the event space known as the Study Hall. The Study Hall accommodates up to 300 guests. The revenue from event rentals supplements Midtown’s budget keeping office space rental rates affordable.

This Wedding Showcase further proves the good work they are doing. They strive to be a welcoming and inviting event space.
